Roots Retreats are back in action and we're exited to bring you a weekend facilitated by some of Florida's top yoga, plant and permaculture teachers Tara Rawson, Brittney Crosby and Mycol Stevens.
We have teamed up to share an incredible journey through traditional yoga practices, ceremony, ethnobotanical and mycological teachings, permaculture, beyond sustainable and off grid practices and all the while we will build and deepen our relationship to self and each other through song, play and partner work. The great drum shamaness Amber Hall will also lead us through a fire side drum class and facilitate an epic evening drum circle Saturday night! This is a camp retreat in our beautiful sunny spring weather that's not to be missed. Come connect and commune with us!
