This sweet space in Central America has got the right idea. Big earthy pavilion where practitioners can be integrated in nature, tranquil sleeping quarters for all, a kitchen with a chef and staff beautifully participating, and a view that holds you for hours. We are super excited to be there with all of you. Especially during 2014's Summer Solstice.
YOGA / KIRTAN / ADVENTURE
YOGA - Each morning we'll venture out to the picturesque pavilion and awaken our minds and bodies with an Ashtanga Flow led by PureLoveYoga Founder & Yogini Brittney Crosby. The foundation of our practice will be rooted in Ashtanga and appropriate for all levels. Savasanas will be highlighted with our beautiful Yogini Tara playing her harmonium and singing us into Samadhi. Sometimes there's an hour Chill Flow in the evenings before our dinner and evening Kirtan.
KIRTAN - Every night we will open our hearts and minds with the magic of kirtan. This particular Roots Retreat occurs during the Summer Solstice 2014. On this special evening we will chant in honor of the celestial events. Yogini Tara (Owner & Director of Ananda Kula in Jacksonville FL) shines the soul of kirtan spirit with her harmonium love and vocal shakti in the "Kula Wallah" a sweet Kirtan Collaboration of North East Florida Yogis.
ADVENTURE - So you get your yoga on in the am, then you get to fill your days with a variety of outdoor adventures and indoor treats. Imagine waking to some tea/coffee, get on our mats, be fed a great breakfast, and then head out for day trips. How about visiting a waterfall? Perhaps hike or zip line through the jungle? Ocean Lover ? How does Surfing, Paddle Boarding & Kayaking sound? Yup. Covered.
NOT the Adventurist? Prefer the Spa, Poolside & Private Lesson 'side of things'? No worries, your good. We've got that covered too. Massages & Body Treatments galore.
